Refund Policy

 Eligibility for a Refund:

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

– **Non-Delivery of the Product**: If you have not received the digital product link via email within a reasonable time frame after your purchase, despite having checked your spam or junk folders.
– **Download and Access Issues**: If you are unable to download or access the product due to technical problems on our end.
– **Significant Defects**: If the digital product is significantly different from the description or has critical defects that prevent its utilization for its intended educational purpose.

Requesting a Refund:

– Your order number
– A detailed explanation of the issue
– Any evidence of the problem (screenshots, detailed descriptions)

All refund requests must be submitted within  24hrs of the original purchase date.

Processing Refund Requests:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will examine it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our policy criteria. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 14 days time frame.
